Bad service of the till woman. Absolutely nightmare. No smile Noattitude No respect. Drinks and food are average after long wait time. Can?t find any tissue anywhere. Won?t come back.

Food cold, they can?t even make a simple single espresso. The so called ?barista ? didn?t know how to make a single espresso. She made the two espresso in one cut and then poured it in two separate cups. I have never seen anything like that. After queuing for 15 min I didn?t get what I wanted. Very dirty place, needs a good scrub. The staff seem not to know what they are doing. I will not recommend this place. Me and my friends won?t go there again.

Queue of about 10 people waiting for their drinks/food when I arrived. 3 members of staff. Store is dirty - every table has a dirty tray on it yet staff are just chatting behind counter now that it has quietened down. Appreciate they might have had a long, busy day but this isn't a nice environment.

There was a huge queue the lady on the till was nice but that was the best part. Got two iced drinks and one of them was the wrong flavour, also took ages to make our drinks as the only other available worker was ruining around doing other things so everyone was getting their drinks ahead of ours. Drinks didn?t even taste nice and there were flies everywhere, also overheard another customer complain they found hair in their toastie. Definitely don?t recommend.

The Q for coffee is out the door, staff not using both machines ( this would half the wait time seeing as I?ve been here 14mins and not even ordered yet )
Gormless individuals on the till incapable of working in such a busy environment.

I?m never usually one to complain having worked in an environment like this myself, but the staff were very slow & not very friendly.
But on the upside, I enjoyed my chai latte and toastie!

Restaurant is filthy. Toilets stinking dirty. Tables not cleared and cleaned, floors filthy. Waiting time for ordering too long. Hire staff and improve the atmosphere.

Went I to costa coffee falkland square, 3members of staff leaning on counter chatting to each other,1 young girl running around clearing tables and washing up also ,loads of tables with dirty trays think staff need more training

A lovely clean and friendly Costa to take the weight off your feet with a bite to eat and a hot coffee. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff were friendly, polite and helpful on our arrival.The room was very clean and a nice place to kick back and relax while enjoying a coffee and a cheese and ham toasted sandwich. Brilliant!!

Staff were quite slow and there were lots of tables that needed clearing. Someone got locked in the toilet & it took quite a while before a member of staff went to help. Cake and coffee very nice.
