Why does it say that you shut at 11pm but you just close whenever you feel like it? Either update the time on your website or actually do your jobs properly

I'm only here to pick up my parcel. Amazon lockers. There's a decent sized car park which is free with no time limits. And plus you have the co-op if you want some refreshments when waiting for or collecting your Amazon parcel. There's also a couple of other shops there's Julian house charity shop you could pass some time in. I highly recommend it. And you have a lovely cafe, it's around the back of the co-op it's part of the church it's called the hub cafe.

I needed to use the cashpoint in this store, part of using this location was to make a purchase or 2.
I tried 2 credit cards, neither of which worked. IT WAS OBVIOUS THE CASH MACHINE WAS DEFECTIVE.
I spoke with the male at the cash till and queried with him the status of the cash machine.
Dooooooooh spoke with someone on radio who said it was not theirs and no offer or comment was made to assure me the DEFECTIVE machine would be reported and fixed.
THIS IS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU PAY PEANUTS, YOU GET MONKEYS WHO DON'T GIVE A TOSS.

Ordered a just eat order today. I ordered white onions, received red. Ordered 12% mince beef received 15%. That wasn?t overly an issue I can live with 3% extra fat. It?s the fact that they will not answer their phone when I am trying to complain that my mince is dated the 12th of September 2024 but it is off! Either it hasn?t been stored correctly or their fridges are broken! Smells of vinegar, and upon further research the meat is spoiled, it?s lucky we noticed this before starting to cook as this could?ve made us extremely ill! Can say I will not be shopping here again

Visited whilst staying with family, found this store VERY expensive, I have a local southern cooperative near me in Surrey, so got caught out how much it differed (usually stuff is cheaper in Dorset).

I've been using this co op for years and have never had any problems, the staff are usually very good and polite. The issue I had today when trying to purchase a box of cider, I asked my 14yr old grandson to carry it for me. When we got to the till he was asked for ID. That wasn't the issue, it was the fact that when I said its not for him it was for me they refused to sell it to me! I would understand if he was on his own but I was buying it not him all he did was carry it for meI am not happy had to go to the other co op !
