I have been going to this store for 9 years as i live right next to it. Wont be visiting again as yesterday when i went to get my bread a worker called marcus started speaking with a russian accent as soon as he realised im russian, i didnt say anything but it has made me very uncomfortable and definitely wont visit again

Used this store for the last several years as it's only around the corner from me. Yesterday was the last time I will use this shop! I took a scratch card that my son got for his birthday to be cashed. There was £20 on the card. The cashier took the scratch card and went to rub more of the 4 numbers on the card so I could claim the winnings. The numbers were already visible, but for some reason, the guy scratched it more. This made the numbers unreadable, and I could no longer claim the prize on the card. He was aggressive and argumentative and took no responsibility for his actions. The manager tried to help but just seem to make matters worse. Thought the coop would be helpful but turns out not

The lady behind the till was absolute miserable. I felt awful during my interaction. She would get zero stars, however the store is clean, shelfs are filled up. Customer service needs improvement.

Good road co-op has been an asset to the community during the lock down restrictions very strict on the rules but the staff are exceptional very helpful and kind the shop is well stocked they bake bread on the premises sell practically everything and they seem to remain cheerful however busy they are.

Fantastic place for essential. The staff give it a wonderful community feel, as well as being incredibly helpful. Very supportive of disabled people and ease of access for wheelchairs.
