After our regular carpet fitter moved away, we were recommended Classic Carpets by a family friend.David at Classic Carpets offered helpful advice and gave a competitive quote. He confirmed he was able to remove and trim a door if needed after fitting the carpet, unlike another company who said they would send someone up before or after the job to trim the door at an extra cost!! David was polite, friendly, efficient and professional. He fitted the carpet and trimmed the door quickly, and he left the room and door looking great. I highly recommend using Classic Carpets.

Great professional service from enquiry to work completed.Lovely positive customer service by a lady when I entered the shop on Ashley Road. Great communication throughout from the guys who came around to provide me a free no obligation quote. When I rang up again to book inn, the lady had all the information and was again patient and lovely and I didn't feel messed around like I had with other businesses.Happy with the work and mannorisms on all 3 visits. I plan to use again for our last room.

I have tenants in my Westbourne property and used Classic Carpets on two occasions to replace carpets in three rooms with lino tile in a kitchen. They did an excellent job each time on price, schedule and workmanship. They also coordinated with my Letting Agent and arranged their schedule around other contractors with no fuss and left no mess. A Classic job well done :))

Have had this company four times for various work and they are the most amazing carpet fitters ever. Good quality carpet fitted on exact day beautifully done .. house left perfect. Would recommend them as the best in Bournemouth
