Everytime I go into this store I face antisemitism amongs other things of discrimination which latest time time I went there in Poole store there played an discrimitive song with my name which they got through YouTube and they played it on the speakers in there store which there was only 3 people in there including me who are customers and then there was a girl who has hair cut short really short and she and another man who wears classes pointed towards me and laughs with each other whilst saying my name repeated and literally talking making fun of me when they were pretending to be busy walking picking dvds of shelf?s and they would them put the dvd back pretending to be busy , the staff here was on Thursday and Friday the staff at this store apart from one member of staff who is new she?s all right she has blond hair she?s ok she is focused on doing her job and she is nice she?s new but other members of staff make fun of the customers and they don?t even try to disguise it who ever is the main manager is they need to bring the manager they used to have before I don?t know his name but he was the manager before because at the moment there are allot of staff there who are not nice people at all since the make fun at the customers , the who experience every time I go there is horrible but the staff in Bournemouth are amazing and kind and they make the store there really organised everything is great at Bournemouth dvd are all organised into groups so easily could fund what I want but the store at Poole cex is messy dvd not in right place and staff lazy prentending to do stuff for sake of looking busy at till the staff member women who has really short hair just stands behind the till just standing there and even other customers ask if she is busy and she does ignore us customers then she walks around the shop then goes back behind the till and ignores the customers. Which she is on large size and sh is lazy and arrogant
Change the staff and in long term Poole cex will flourish as now I see that the Poole store is allways empty at the moment it?s the staff not the shop thats the problem
Cex needs to change till staff but the newest member who has blond hair she?s polite and hard working

Went to buy a game at the store. after buying the game i check the disc it was for a completely game so I got it changed for the correct game disc

Game selections seem to get smaller at every Cex I go to. Plus the prices are ridiculous now, £40 for a game when you buy it brand new for £45.. Cex use to be worth the money

Don?t bother unless you?re expecting to lose 30 minutes while queuing to pay. Separate tills for trade-in and purchases during peak/busy times would go a long way to resolving, but then that likely employs too much common sense in todays world.

Great place to get some Blu-ray?s quite a big selection and some great £1 baskets although just don?t get the old movies being still £5/6 for single blu-ray, staff are very helpful and polite.

Went in to get my earbuds tested for a voucher exchange. Didn't hear anything for 2 days, so I had to go there and find out that they were B graded because I don't have a paper sleeve over the original packaging. Which has to be removed in order to open the box . But the thing that triggered me !!! The earbuds CASE got returned scratched up and earbuds covered in earwax!!! How insane is this . AVOID THIS PLACE

Went to sell my kindle and used my debit card as a form of id. They didn?t give me my card back but when i went back to go and get it, they told me i was given it when in fact hadn?t and was only given a piece of paper which may of been seen on cctv as the card. The servers weren?t helpful either.
