I love visiting these shops, phones and games Xbox and computer parts is what I go there for often some good deals mostly buy. But they buy goods as well. The staff are normally very helpful.

Do not buy stuff here if you want to he ripped off by there selling stuff also they have a habit of displaying stuff and when you go to the counter and they never find it i work in retail so if you want some advice only display stuff you have in stock and don't just put stuff up when you don't even have it so i will continue shopping here but before long your gonna lose me as a customer I'm local so I know what you look like so be careful

Went in they didn?t take my games as they said they didn?t have enough room in backstock which is fine until the person next to me is able to sell 30dvds? I bought this up and they just said he shouldn?t do that, then let them continue without intervening. She told me I should ?hand them into charity for donation? Then I handed in my Xbox and they said they couldn?t take it in as it needs a deep clean after 2 hours, I?m sorry but it?s a second hand Xbox shouldn?t you do that in house instead of requiring me to go out of my way to do it.Absolutely awful customer service wouldn?t recommend.

When you trade stuff in they will damage it and then fail it. They will make you revisit the store several times over each time something new is wrong with your traded in item. Funny how they don't tell all the faults the first time it gets"tested"

Warning, I visited this store on 10,August 2023 at 14.31 to buy a new phone as mine was broken. The young man that served me was very helpful and I purchased a new phone.he explained the store policy with I Could exchange the product or return it within 48 hours. The phone had no charge so I charged it at home only to find it would not accept Incoming calls I returned the phone 22 hours later the salesman I saw the day before so I explained to a young girl the problem and she told me they would have to send the phone away to have it checked I wasn't impressed she thenwent to another young idiot who told me the same nonsense at which point I went ballistic and was told to leave the store. I then we t to buy another phone at a store across the road. I now must sue the shop in the Bournemouth county court not only for the cost of the phone but also for costs and interest.

Lots of stock. Really busy, partially caused by the checkouts being so slow. Staff were friendly enough.Update 13/08/2023: I did use the click and collect but had to wait in a standard que with everyone else so didn't really make any difference to the experience

I recently took my item to sell fully working with no broken or missing items before taking it to the store, they tested it today and have now damaged the item not what I expected. Now im left with a item broken by there staff AVOID!

I took a ton of stuff to sell, staff were brilliant, such a good system with pricing and staff unfazed by my pile. Simple, easy knowledgeable polite service.

Overweight lazy staff there is always a queue staff left to go and get some till rolls and still didn't serve and was in no rush to the other member of staff who was doing nothing apart from sitting down was slagging off her supervisor to a customer totally unprofessional staff give false valuation on items going from a a grade to a b grade just cos they use YouTube as a guide of what the item should contain during the unboxing process ??? joke of a store

Bought the game, in the way home I check the disc and is heavy scratched !! Tried to call store the line not working!!! Have to come back another day to try get replacement!! Hope that will be without issues
