Shout out to a trainee barista who served me this afternoon! (I am sorry I should have asked his name) I visited the Nero around 3pm this afternoon and asking for an Iced Mocha (not Frappe) which was not on the menu. However he was willing to make me one and served with a big smile. Thank you :)

We usually visit the Cafe Nero Poole branch on weekends with my spouse. Apart from one minor incident, we've always had good experiences with the staff there. Today, we visited again and Veronica prepared our drinks. I wanted to take a moment to thank her because she provided us with an excellent experience. She patiently and kindly prepared our order and even offered some great suggestions about the app.
In this busy and serious world, employees who take a moment to make you feel good are truly invaluable and deserve all the appreciation. Thank you, Veronica!

I wanted to drink iced coffee here today. When the person who made my coffee before made it as I described, I drank it with great pleasure. However, today the woman working here, I don't know her name but she is blonde, insisted on not understanding me. I asked her to add a little more milk and she said she couldn't add extra milk because I wanted less ice. Do standards vary from person to person, why can't one make it while the other can? And unfortunately I didn't enjoy this coffee at all.Do you think customer satisfaction is important?

The staff are always so friendly and efficient at this Nero. Obvs sometimes it's busy and sometimes the tables aren't that clean but they do they're best
