I?d rate this 0 if I could. My mum has never had an issue with how the business used to run. She?d get her hair cut there all of the time but since stella has taken over she has cancelled or rescheduled my mum numerous times, my mum was supposed to have an appointment at 12 today and she went to the shop and it?s closed. No message sent to my mum to say she won?t be in. My mum is now going else where for her haircut which is a shame because mum never complained when Stella rescheduled but this is ridiculous. Baring in mind it is -1c outside so she was waiting in the cold. Just unacceptable, if you?ve got a regular client you would think that you would show up for them but clearly not.Edit: all the ladies are lovely and no issues with them, the issue is with Stella as a business owner and hairdresser

I've been going to Burgandy for years now. They're competitively priced and very friendly. I always come out happy with my hair! I'm also always going in with 'mad' hair ideas and they happily take on the challenge & kill it! Highly recommend them!
