I dealt with a customer assistant named Laura who had the most disgusting attitude. An older lady was seeking out help with some toothpaste and Laura spoke to her extremely rudely and was very impatient which visible shocked me and my partner. When it was my turn to be served at the till she refused to serve me as she said and I quote ?word of advice, if you?re going to speak behind someone?s back maybe don?t do it in front of them? she was unnecessarily horrible, called me rude and gestured for me to get out of her way. I have never experienced such appalling behaviour! I have made a formal complaint to Boots Customer Service and hope they take it on board to not hire people like this!

I do not recommend this store. They charge money for shipping to their warehouse, promise timely delivery, withdraw money from the account, but the shipment does not arrive. I wasted time and money on travel, and even my funds were not refunded for the missing product. No help from customer service.

Redlands pharmacy never answer their phone.
Total waste of time. No service at all.
Would not recommend this branch
I have paid for delivery £55.00 not worth the time. For nearly six months they haven?t got one repeat prescription right.
I should request my money to be refunded.

Opening hours state open till 6pm. However if you arrive at 17.58 you will see closed door!!!! And also you will be shown a watch on person hand that is already after 6pm!!!! ! Needed a over the counter medicine for a child, which would take literally 1 minute transaction, however you are not allowed to go in as already past 6pm although noy true and staff ready to go home waiting by the door !!! . Absolutely appalling !!!!!

A real shame because in general, the pharmacy at Redlands Branksome is super, however I was told to wait for my prescription 5-10 minutes and to take a seat right next to the pharmacy which I was happy to do. 20 minutes later I noticed people that were behind in the queue had got served first. I went back up to counter where the lady pharmacist was serving and she had said that she had called me a while ago, I told her we hadn't heard and that next time she should pop her head round the desk and shout louder next time. She has a very quiet voice apparently. I had put my back out and needed pain relief asap, but it was disappointing service from the pharmacist.

They never answer their phones. It does not matter what day of the week, or what time of day, no one picks up the phone.I called Boots helpline and they could not get through. No business can operate like this, only a matter of time until they go into adminsitration. Very sad as used to be one of my favourite shops.
