I consistently have issues every time I try to collect my prescriptions, not to mention they close for lunch and regularly close early without warning. They are particularly unhelpful with over counter purchases? there?s only one good assistant (young, long dark hair) but you can see she?s not supported by her colleagues. I will be changing pharmacy because of this.

Absolute shower of s***e in there! Rude, unprofessional, can?t order prescriptions from the surgery correctly. The old staff were much nicer in there. Have changed pharmacies now as now they also shut for an hour for lunch which they never did before.

Terrible service they don't give very good service .It's changed different people in there now working very rude .They don't do your prescriptions making excuses up saying the doctor hasn't signed prescriptions off load of rubbish .After today I've changed to a different chemist for my daughter's medication.

Was to collect medication today as it had been at the chemist for over a week, a member of staff Camilla flowman was very rude and said she just received it a few days ago, was told it would take 20 minutes but kept me waiting 35 mins, no customer service whatever, will be changing to a different chemist.
