Went in at lunchtime to buy some OTC medication. Member of staff stood at end of queue near pharmacy. I asked if I could buy product but told no staff available at lunchtime ( I forgot this is standard in this store). I aaked when I could buy the product, she said 30 minutes, so I said but. what time, and she repeared 30 minutes. Extremely rude and arrogant staff member.
I came back in an hour and she was working at the pharmacy.. The lady in front almost in tears at the till due to same member of staff being rude to her.
Worst experience ever in a, pharmacy.
I don't know who owns Boots now.... Used to be lovely years ago, now it's horrible.

This pharmacy has previously been excellent and never had an issues I till recently.
Put in a prescription for some vitamins following a blood test (doctor prescribed) on collection I was advised that there was no fee to pay as it's vitamins (not had prescribed vitamins before) I questioned this and was reassured several times and they handed me the medication and then left. I have now received a letter from the NHS (and called the number) only to be told that I would need to pay over £50 due to not being exempt. I explained the situation and was told a note would be added but charges still stand! Absolutely horrified! So upset and disheartened and apparently it's not justy problem and nothing can be done even tho I said I would be happy to pay the prescription cost immediately on the phone to them and when collecting the original prescription but was told this was not an option on the phone.

Offer Covid vaccines that are proven to cause miocardits as well as other serious side effects without informed consent. At best this is professional negligence in a position of trust.

I was so impressed with the service today. I was helped by an assistant by the name of Chloe, a very pretty young lady! She helped find the face wash i like to use, she was also very helpful and informative. She had a caring and positive attitude which made her very approachable when i needed help. Would definitely recommend this store. x

Had a lovely experience in Boots today, with a lady called Sandra. Sandra kindly took the time to colour match my skin and advise me on the best makeup for my wedding day. Sandra certainly has a talent for picking the perfect match and colours to compliment the skin tone. After showing Sandra a picture of my wedding dress, she knew exactly what I needed. Such a kind, lovely lady, who certainly deserves some praise for her customer service and makeup skills.

I had a great experience- made by staff member Sarah.
I went there looking for a huda beauty setting powder, sarah informed me that the store do not carry huda however the castle point store does. She told me she would still go and check for me, she did so for around 5 minutes until she came back with the powder i wanted in the exact colour! she went above and beyond for me when she could have simply told me they do not carry it. Thank you Sarah and I hope this is recognised !!

2 people working named Orla and Gracie gave great service helped me sort a boots card they polite and on point through conversation explaining the benefits of a boots card sound people work gone in many times

Not particularly impressed with one of the staff members attitude. She looked very disinterested and was very rough with everything she did. For example she chucked one of my products when she scanned it and then proceeded to talk to us in a harsh bored tone ??

My wife had a severe allergic reaction on Poole High Street this morning and she had left her medication at home. I ran over to Boots to quickly pick up some for her. A Boots worker, I believe named Freya, was so kind and courteous and was quick to show me where the item I was looking for was. I could tell she was extremely busy at the time but had noticed I had needed assistance and was eager to help. Without her speediness, I hate to imagine, but my wife no doubt would have been hospitalised again.
A truly amazing worker and Boots should be honoured to have her. I would like to thank her personally from myself and on behalf of my wife.
