Pharmacy staff are useless. Refused to give me potentially life saving drugs, and I had to get my surgery to intervene as my blood pressure is incredibly high. Beyond useless.

Boots optician experience was great. Prompt and efficient system for the eye test. Good selection of glasses for all budgets. 5 stars for help selecting glasses which I felt was honest and unpressurised. Something which is normally stressful for me was relatively easy and I feel happy with my choices. Glasses were competitively priced.

Very helpful and friendly staff, and very well stocked shelves. Only reason for the 4 stars is there's plenty of cheaper stores around that sell a majority of the same branded products at a cheaper price.

Very nice large store options upstairs with a lift for general use and for the disabled, if the chosen circular car park where you are parking the car a lift will take you to it.
