I brought my 7 year old daughter in for a cut. She felt very special and grown up and was absolutely delighted to get some plaits at the end! Great value for a girls wash & cut.

I had a full body massage with Lucy. One of the best I?ve ever had. I loved the massage room and Lucy made me feel very welcome and comfortable . She has a very professional approach and is an excellent masseur.

Faith booked me - she was so patient, informative and friendly. Charlie did my hair - full head of highlights on mousey brown hair - I showed her a photo of jenifer Anniston's hair and she delivered!! Really talented, friendly and professional girls - Thank you :-)

I used to go here and have Elysia who was brilliant. Since she left it went downhill. Constantly messing my appointments around. Huge staff turnover.I eventually got an appointment with Natalie. She phoned and asked me to come earlier than what I had booked. I got extra time off work to come in early and she was running late. Whole appointment she was constantly on her phone (I understand she?s busy and owns the salon, however she was on it a lot, to the point I felt she was uninterested in my hair).It was an absolutely horrific experience. I was in the salon for 5 hours for no reason at all. I kept being left. She would be like ?I?ll leave that on for 20 mins? and I would have to call someone over because I was left alone. I was also left for ages at the sink. It happened multiple times. She then announced she was going home so I was left again. I had someone completely different finish my hair.I was pregnant too, so I left the salon completely upset, not only had I wasted so much time, my body ached so much for how long it took.I haven?t been back since. I wouldn?t recommend here at all.

If I could rate less than one star, I would. This was the worst highlighting experience of my life. Right at the top of my head, during the highlighting process, there was a slip, and a terrible white stripe appeared. After nearly two hours, Charlie decided to bleach the top part again. After another 45 minutes passed and a second hair wash, the white stripe persisted. Charlie then asked manager Natalie to fix it. They attempted to separate some strands and dye them dark, but after the first attempt failed, they had to dye it again. After 4.5 hours, my head was throbbing, and the area where the slip occurred was painful for another 24 hours. The hairdressers continuously tugged and pulled my hair. Despite damaging my hair with 2 rounds of bleaching my hair and 2 rounds of dark dye, they suggested dyeing it 5 more times, to which I refused! To top it off, they demanded payment at the agreed rate! Absolutely terrible service! I would not recommend this salon to anyone!

I brought my 4 Yr old daughter here for her first proper haircut and we had the most wonderful experience. My daughter was so excited to have a wash, cut and blow dry as she has very long thick hair, however when we arrived she got overwhelmed and changed her mind. Her stylist was so lovely and took everything at her pace and eventually got my daughter interacting and talking to her too. Will definitely be returning for both myself and my daughter.

I have been going to this salon for years and have had a good experience for the most part. However, I had an appointment booked today but unfortunately I had to cancel due to a family emergency out of my control and the salon have still charged me my deposit. Bearing in mind this was only a 45 minute appointment ( Cut and quick dry) so the salon would not have missed out on al large amount of time. I believe this shows a complete lack of compassion and empathy. Unfortunately due to this experience I will not be returning.
