Have been using this store for a loooong time.
It used to be be good, with knowledgeable staff, willing & able to advise you on DIY.
Now it's expensive, understocked, and the staff run a mile when you approach for advice.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS B&Q BECAUSE MOST OF ITS PRODUCTS OUT OF DATE AND THEY DONT WORK AS THEY SHOULD I BOUGHT TILE ADHESIVE TRUSTING THIS BQ AND WASTED 3 DAYS AND THE ADHESIVE WAS NOT STICKED WHICH WAS PROMISED TO STICK WITHIN 2 HOURS AND WE DID NOT GET ANY REFUNDS FOR THE TIME WASTED AND TILES THAT WERE BROKEN THEY ONLY REFUNDED MONEY FOR THE PRODUCT

Done with B&Q for life. Customer service could not be worse. Don't think I will ever get a replacement or refund for an architrave which arrived damaged.

Plenty of parking. We went to collect a click and collect order ordered the day before. Staff were helpful, making sure other customer's purchases weren't too heavy to carry. While there, we also bought some geraniums, the best I've seen locally, at 4 for £14.

They had what I wanted, self service tills are poor,had to wait while, for someone to get the power tool I wanted, staff member did not know the code to the storage area
