Got there a bit early and started right away. It didn't take too long and I waited around for it.
Once it was complete, the mechanic went through and explained all advisories picked up and how to rectify them.”

“Booked free bike check 28/12/23. Outstanding service from Ben who came to the car to carry my bike to the store. He checked the bike as he pushed it across the car park to see how smoothly it ran. Very knowledgeable, I didn’t feel I was being rushed and felt the bike would be thoroughly checked. When I returned to the store later Ben was more than happy to adjust the height of the saddle for me and then carry the bike out to the car and lift it in for me. This is the third time I’ve taken my bike back to Halfords Poole and am always impressed by the level of service.”

“First young Lady serving didn't seem to have a clue, but second young Lady who was asked by first lady 'do we do batteries for ignition keys' said 'Yes why you asking' and then disappeared out the back and hey presto 2 mins back with the battery I wanted. Great service, and possibly first young Lady was new and still learning.”
