“Booked free bike check 28/12/23. Outstanding service from Ben who came to the car to carry my bike to the store. He checked the bike as he pushed it across the car park to see how smoothly it ran. Very knowledgeable, I didn’t feel I was being rushed and felt the bike would be thoroughly checked. When I returned to the store later Ben was more than happy to adjust the height of the saddle for me and then carry the bike out to the car and lift it in for me.
