Staff are lovely and the studio itself is lovely but that?s where it ends. Had manicure and friend had pedicure. They were both awful and took forever I?m sorry to say. They did not have the right equipment for a pedicure and my friend basically had to sit on a dining chair and use a washing up bowl on her feet. Both paint jobs were not the standard we?d hoped for too. Sad to say we won?t be returning until these problems are resolved. This was in 2020.

I was very pleased with the manicure, but when it came to having my eyebrows waxed, I felt like I was being man handled. She kept turning my face to do each eyebrow quite roughly, she blistered my eyelids from how uncaring she was about being gentle (bearing in mind I was getting married the next day) and after asking me how old I am (37) she said I needed botox! Now I've never been told that before, I have very good skin on my face and no wrinkles at all! Either she was trying to sell it to me or she needs her eyes testing, but I didn't appreciate it and left quite unhappy. Will not be returning.Services: Waxing
