Seemed like a great store.
Had loads of items to choose from though we only popped in for school shoes and sliders. Wasn't disappointed and staff super helpfull when approached parking was massive.

Only popped in for a few bits, didn't have everything I wanted but worked around it, plenty of parking spaces.
Theres also a chippy very close by which I can highly recommend.

I bought some vanilla kefir yogurts on Friday the 15th August, went to have one on Saturday 16th August looked at the best before date which was the 13th August, these yoghurts were out of date when I bought them, i won't be shopping there again..

Spent nearly 40 mins in the queue at the cigarette counter today who ever idea it was to combine customers service and returns along with the sale of lottery and tobbacco needs sacking. Years ago when it first opened the customer service was at the back of the shop by the clothes section .. Why can't it go back there and be separate or at least have 2 staff on poor management skills

Terrible store! Unreliable and pizza counter is always closed. Castle Point Bournemouth is much better. This must be one of their lower performing stores. Always leave there feeling disappointed!

If you're using the instore pharmacy try not to die in the queue whilst waiting for your prescription. It'd be faster to find a cure for your condition!
