I was treated like a shoplifter, humiliated on the shop floor and banned from the shop for one year when my card had declined payment of £27 which I wasn't even aware of. When it was brought to my attention, I made the payment straight away without any argument yet, the shop manager with another shop attendant and the security man insisted I leave the shop or they will forcibly remove me. I am not new to the shop. I have been a customer from 2005 when I moved to the community. I was going to the shop at least twice a week. I made a complaint but never received any response, and this is gone over a year now. I feel very disappointed in their customer service.
