The people who work there are quite nice people but the people who work behind the scenes and prepare for online shopping to get delivered are rubbish.

This store is just awful, staff are rude and unhelpful no customer service At All,only use this place to collect parcels but even that is a chore. The best thing your staff do is stand and chat with themselves and complain about the company. I work in retail and if I offered the same level of service I would expect to loose my job.

It's like going back in time whilst visiting the bronx all at once. Store isn't to bad layout wise. Only been a couple of times when passing and it's quiet but it's almost funny how dodge it feels. It's literally the only shop ive ever been to where the staff cling to the plastic bags and won't even trust you to scan then yourself lol.Maybe I don't know the local area very well but that's a new one on me.

Finally had enough of this store , staff are terrible gossips and work shy, I?ve been a local for over 25 years as a result of living on the Heath !, many of the staff have worked there for a number of those years it?s like they are running the place (asylum) according to there lazy, anti customer service standard.There are a few staff members I avoid on checkouts! (Example one gets the till closed sign up 10 minutes before end of shift and examines every time of my shopping as if she?s never seen it before so wasting time- I can assure you there is nothing special about my shopping!*****Why does it take 30 minutes to collect a parcel ?Single staff member at customer service desk asking for help from Micheal and 2 other - see photos ! When I finally got my parcel I hear Micheal (plus he?d been out the back twice , without retrieving my parcel )say other staff were out back chatting !Obviously I have photos with time line of the not so customer friendly staff. Note it?s not only my custom being lost I also shop for a family member.

Where to even begin? They've changed the fridges and made them worse. Who on earth thought these new fridges were better than the previous ones that were perfectly fine? You could easily grab what you needed as there were no doors but now they've added door fridges that smudge so it's extremely hard to see what's inside unless you open the door. Awful decision by asda. Also it appears a lot of the stock has been removed compared to how much there was before - for example, asda brand teas have not been in this store for over half a year.The layout has also changed - before, the cheese was easily shown in a big fridge but now its all crammed in the corner? WHY? I can't even find the garlic bread anymore. The layout is atrocious! Why is the butter and cheese in separate isles? Why are the vegan/plant bassd products scattered around the shop? Where have the 4 pack Greek style yoghurt gone? Removed permanently like the asda brand teas? I've been shopping here weekly for over 3 years and this is by far the worst it's been. I'm thinking of changing to tesco.Also most of the tills in this asda are vacant of cashiers yet there's never any signs up saying this till is unavailable. Lastly, the asda rewards are a joke. I've probably spent £1000 here and only got £10.81 back and you are forced to use the app, no physical card offered.This Asda store has really went downhill these past few months but it's become far worse within just a few weeks, even a certain member of staff complains about the state of this store on a regular basis.Edit: I felt like i was too negative in my review so giving this store an extra star as even though my original points still stand, it's nice to have an asda in canford heath and the just essential range is fantastic value. I really hope this store can improve because I genuinely like shopping here.

What moron had the idea to remove the carrier bags ftom the self service area and give to a member of staff to hand out. So I waited at least 4 minutes just now just to get a bag. Asda you've just lost my loyalty, I've been shopping their since opened and now some brainless manager has made this stupid change. Never again will I go to Asda. Very poor indeed and no thought about customer service.

No toilets at all ! At petrol station or main superstore ! Had to use pub ! Diesel ? price went up 3p / litre between morning and afternoon, I'd driven a long way there for nothing really

Not as much selection as the larger stores, no scan & go, and no self checkout for trolleys.Can?t fault the staff though they are wonderful.

As they go this is a very old store in desperate need of updating. The only bonus of this store is the staff, though mostly short staffed, those that are on checkout and kiosk and really nice.If you go expect a Limited range and broken Freezers.
