At £33 for 2 small breakfasts and 1 ?english? which was 1 rasher of bacon and 1 sausage more for the additional cost, I would go with the knowledge your are going to be waiting a long time. The food quality is average, but definitely overpriced. The wait time for 3 small breakfasts, with no one else waiting was over 35 mins. And mediocre at best.. I would avoid, certainly not returning

Arrived in later afternoon only to be told hot food was not severed after 3.00pm, as it was I was not told this fact until I had ordered my beverages, could not find any signage to verify the fact. Had coffee and cake, the cake was dry as though it had been out allday, the cake contain nuts but no warning was give about the possibility of any allergies. The coffee which was a cappuccino tasted like bitter hot water with a slight hint of coffee, again I was not asked about chocolate sprinkle on the coffee, as it was it arrived covered in chocolate, no thought of allergies again.
Would not visit again.

Best garden centre around :) food is great in the cafe and staff are hard working. We will continue to visit.

Arrived at 4pm and staff couldn?t wait to leave, despite them admitting that they are open until the garden centre closes at 5:30. While sat waiting for drinks we could over hear them complaining about people arriving ?late? and that they have better things to do. Will not be coming back, don?t worry!

Went to cafe few weeks ago and ordered cake and a cup of tea, when cake arrived it looked like a chunk was missing from the middle. When I queried this with a member of staff was abruptly told this sometimes happens when cutting the cake. It certainly looked as if a bite had been taken out and that was off putting.
No mention of replacing cake, had a couple of mouthfuls and left the rest. It looked lovely but did not taste as nice as it should.
Again visited this week and ordered a Bacon, Brie and Cranberry sandwich that on arrival did look nice but I'm afraid the Bacon was stone cold and bits of Brie just laid on the top of it. It was completely cold and uneatable.
Staff not very approachable.
I just left and for this I paid £9.10 with tea.
Needless to say I will not be returning again.

lady on till rude and abrupt, I wanted a bacon,brie and cranberry sandwich, she rung up egg. told her I didn't want egg, she said 'well want you want ain't on till menu' my friend ordered same but was charged more? was told 'well Can do it on till now?' we had tea cups with tea stains on and our bacon sandwich was cold, bacon must have been cooked earlier and left in fridge, felt like if we complained what would we get? just greasy cold bacon.we left it, will not return We were checking it out for a large group of us later in year for a lunch. not now.

Last Friday we brought our elderly neighbour for tea at about 3 o'clock and sat inside. There were very few customers and we were horrified to discover so many flies buzzing about. We had only been there less than half-an-hour when a woman started to vacuum the floor! I explained to her that we hadn't finished our tea and that my friend is very hard of hearing, she did reluctantly stop but said she had to start cleaning again in 15 minutes. Needless to say we won't be going back.
