Brilliant coffee shop. Very helpful and friendly staff, the shop was very clean and well kept especially near closing time which was a good sight. They were also very accommodating with my dog by making him a cup of cream was a dog biscuit in it which was a nice touch. ? overall this is one of the best costa's I have ever visited.

Never seen such rudeness and bullying tactics from another customer !!!!!
Was here last week and whilst waiting in line to be served witnessed one of the rudest customers having a go at the staff over a free cookie. He just would not accept that they had run out. The manager tried to explain but he would not listen and kept on at them. Credit where credit?s due I think the manager was well within her rights not to serve such a bully but she did.
Shame on you sir , your behaviour was appalling and all over a cookie

I came with my family and asked for q Black Forest hot chocolate as it?s Christmas time, but they ran out of the syrup, so I had to ask for a toasted hazel hot chocolate.When they brought our order, there was one more drink that we ordered (we ordered 8 drinks and they brought 9) and the waitress that brought the order didn?t know what drink was which. My roasted hazel hot chocolate tasted watery and coffee, so I don?t think they did it right.Definitely won?t come here again.

I'm sorry to say this is my first time here and will be my last. The only aspect of the visit was the gentleman on the front desk was very friendly. The toilets were not overly clean and there was watered down soap in the toilet and cleanliness mediocre at best. We waited a while for the drinks and when they arrived the person, the member of staff called from across the room to ask who's drink is what.. which was odd. When we received our drinks, they were unfortunately the worst and most bitter beverages I have ever had displeasure to drink. The 'hot chocolate' was a watered down unflavoured drink and the drinks in general were just generally, unprofessionally made. Not very happy at all.

Kale was very good at making drinks and was great full for Kamaris large tip. His funny face made charlie have a giggle. Kale then let us have free wooden sticks to munch on for an early lunch. The pombears made my taste buds tingle and the rainbow Costa coffee cup is a must have. Overall very good, very nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Hot wheels was able to get through the door with ease.
