Food is alright. Waited 45mins. Wish I just drove to Sidmouth probably would have been quicker. Was interesting watching the people waiting for their food. One lady complained they waited an hour but it was actually 33mins and then I said I'd been waiting 2 hours to her to shut her up but I'd been waiting 40mins. Not sure why it was taking so long maybe the pizza combined with a chippy isnt working as there isnt the capacity for the demand. ????? I'd go again just in the school summer holidays. Unless you like to wait ?? I went on a Monday (just checked my banking) to be sure. I didn't see any notices about waiting times maybe they need to be on the ordering points.

Lovely to have fish and chips by the sea but disappointed to have to interact with a huge screen to order our food which came out at different times.
I can understand why businesses make the move to using a digital ordering system - the promise of a speedier service? time saving? Neither of those were achieved on our visit.
Nothing beats a bit of good old face to face customer service.
Food: 3 stars.

Don't bother preordering as they don't have the food ready when you select a time. Ordered it waited an hour to pick it up and had to wait another 20 minutes for it???? food was just ok after all that.
Apologies owner's, I meant it was ordered for a time slot which was an hour later but I did have to wait an additional 20 minutes which is kind of pointless me preordering it.

Really busy and had to wait almost an hour to receive our food.Food was ok, nothing special.They do however have a great selection of food and drinks.

Came in to order fish and chips for 3 people. Total came to about £35. Not horrible but still a bit steep. There was a problem with the self service Machine so I had to go and speak to one of the workers. Took about 10 minutes to finally get one?s attention and was finally given my correct number. I waited for an hour and 10 minutes (without any information of the expected time) for 2 bits of cod, 1 jumbo battered sausage and 3 small portions of chips. Environment was not very pleasant as workers were shouting at each other. Food was up to a normal standard and chips were very tasty. The fish bar was short staffed which I do understand but an expected time should have been given, issue with the self service machine should have been fixed or it even be put out of use. Overall a pretty disappointing experience for a Wednesday evening.

First time visiting, ordering was easy and it was very busy which was great to see, ordered battered sausage, cod, and pizza all with chips, waited just shy of half an hour for the order to be ready, was disappointed that it wasn?t worth the wait. On getting home the battered sausage was mullered to the point the batter had almost all disappeared, the cod looked like it had been cooked in a trouser press, very thin and dry, and all the chips on each portion were a soggy undercooked tasteless mess that ended up in the bin. Pizza was lovely and the portion sizes were spot on.

I had the hake fish and large chips and the portion of the chips was massive. Easily enough for 2 people. The fish was nice (first time trying hake) it was fisher in taste than cod or haddock but still very nice. No skin or bones too. Would highly recommend.

Felt a bit ripped off as I ordered a large chip's and it clearly was a smaller medium size, as normally a large will do my family. The sausages were very crispy, the fish was good I will say that. Over all around £24 spent and didn't feel it was good value for money.

Good battered sausage- super hot and crispy, though for a fish and chip shop the service was a little bit slow imo
