Very helpful staff, one lovely lady called Annie Assisted me with my enquiries with a smile and even helped me correct a mistake. Lovely to have a smile and a chat. Would recommend.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist with a complex DBS submission. When I had got the form wrong they were apologetic (despite it being my fault) and helped me work through the error. The icing on the cake was my Son left his very expensive glasses on the counter (typical 18 year old). I had mentioned that we were off to the pub after the visit to the post office. Jackeline noticed we had left the glasses and went down the street checking in the two pubs in the town where she eventually found us. Absolutely above and beyond!

Big shout out for this place & all the staff, after what they have been through this last year. Now Covid-19 to deal with, staff being spoken to in a manner that would put your mother to shame. Despite all that the staff has done brilliantly & now find themselves running the place alone. Always helpful & happy to work if you give them a chance. We are all lucky to have this place still open & best of luck to them for the future. It?s a big Thanks from me guys.

This is not sarcasm.The BEST post office. Never in my life have I experienced such exceptional service. My letters? Posted. My heart? In love. I love this post office.Jokes aside, I have posted letters to various locations as far away as Uzbekistan. Believe it or not, they all arrived within the hour.Excellent service. Such a great and friendly place. All the staff are always very helpful and always give a welcome when you enter and goodbye when you leave. I would give 10 stars if I could so a 5 will have to do. Thanks to everyone that works there. Stay safe.

It's almost like they're trying to be unhelpful.I know retail are supposed to be treated like Gods at the moment but the attitude of the staff here is terrible.One way system which spreads virus further and uneducated elderly staff who couldn't organise the proverbial in a brewery

I couldn't be more impressed with the service provision I received from both Annie and Nikki today. They were genuinely friendly and positive which left me feeling upbeat and happy.I was confused at reading some of the negative reviews posted and question the motive for these, especially in these testing times. (Covid -19)Keep up the great work ladies and ignore the negativity. Some people just feel the need to vent in the wrong direction; that's all.
