My husband ordered paint from them to be delivered. A lady called to let him know he'd ordered a base paint that colour needs adding. He changed the order to Magnolia and she sorted it out. Good customer service

I went to the shop whilst working locally and found the place easy to find, the staff are friendly and experienced, and seem genuinely interested in the trade and products. There is a good range and the shop is well stocked. A friendly smile and offer of help was just what I needed at the time.

Paint direct. What can I say read a few negative reviews after I purchased my paint and like anyone thought oh no here we go.. But must say ordered on Friday evening and delivered as promised on Tuesday. Must say great service great price I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely be using them again. Thanks again to paint direct for a truly first class service

Good advice from knowledgeable & friendly staff. Note their web shop & store are different, we were local, saw stock online & popped in to buy, it wasn't available, there was an alternative product which was better TBH.
