If you want your prescriptions filled before a week then don?t go here , they say it takes a week to process!! They?re rude and unhelpful, they wouldn?t t even sell me a thrush treatment because they say I?m too old to get it, but not if you?re diabetic??

Genuinely shocking, rarely answer the phone, always have to wait an hour plus to collect and the staff have always been rather standoffish and unhelpful. I don?t know if I?ve been unlucky but I have a repeat prescription so have to go regularly

Usually brilliant service however has been fairly disappointing recently, I went In recently to collect my inhaler which I need to assist my breathing throughout the day. They asked if it was ?important? to which I responded ? yes I need it to breathe smoothly?. Products used for things such as to assist breathing need to be stocked up continuously as if I were to have an asthma attack I?d simply have to hope the ambulance arrived promptly.

Away on holiday and developed a UTi so contacted 111 and they sent over a prescription to the other pharmacy (peacemarsh) which provided shocking service and argued with me and demonstrated poor customer service. The high street store had been really helpful ovsr the phone and locating the prescription at the Peacemarsh site and was able to get them to miraculously 'find it on their system'. Brought the prescription to the high street store and they didn't have the full script in but was really good and gave me more than enough to get sorted till their order comes in tomorrow and were super helpful and friendly. Would recommend this pharmacy 100%.

I had just been to a chemist in Shaftesbury. My symptoms were related to a member of the counter staff, then to an intermediary, then to the pharmacist and back again. I am not sure the girl on the counter had a clear understanding of my problem in the first place. I was not happy with the medication they suggested on a third hand conversation.I visited the Dudley Taylor chemist and asked to speak to the Pharmacist She was so very helpful and listened carefully and I was so pleased that she would speak to me directly. I got the right treatment that I needed. I rang up the next day for some clarification on my use of products and the staff efficiently gave me the answer. So happy for the help, thank you. I was going on holiday, so the right treatment before leaving home was important to me.
