I recently had some issues with Evri parcel deliveries to Budgens but fortunately a wonderful member of staff, supervisor called Chelle has been truly amazing and has helped sort the issue out and kept me updated throughout by speaking to Evri staff for me. It is so rare these days for someone to do what they say they are going to do so in my opinion she deserves 5 stars as she is brilliant!!!

I had a really bad experience, a worker named Quinn took pictures of me and mate who were stood in budgens waiting for a friend. And then proceeded to report us without even talking to us about leaving or standing outside. Seriously made me uncomfortable.
