Having had my current Citizen watch for 14 years I decided it was time for a new one. The Gillingham branch didn't have in stock the one I required, but stated they would get it for me. As the watch was rather complicated to set up, having GPS etc I found it wasn't working as it should. I took it back and left it with the helpful staff, who a couple of days later told me it had been sorted out, which it had. Also they sent me, via e mail an e book of full instructions for my use, when the clocks were reset etc. I couldn't have asked for better service, even in these difficult times. Both staff members were extremely helpful and kind, and could not be faulted.I know where to go when I need anything that they have on display. No internet shopping for me!
