This branch is amazing. I always try and go in when Harriet?s there. I?m sure the others are nice but she is amazing. The things she can do with shoes is incredible. She always has a smile and nothing is too much trouble, even when she?s rushed off her feet. Many thanks Karl

Went to get a specialised key cut and the assistant could not have been more helpful. Offered to get a specialist blank ordered if we could obtain the manufacturer's information, which we are in the process of doing. Couldn't ask for more. Very helpful, professional and we will be back.

We needed a replacement key and fortunately the Ferndown Branch, with the delightful 'Harriet', (others suggest that's her name) was open. As ever she cut the replacement (Key code and address supplied separately :) in a most efficient manner (I think she's done it before! :), and at a price only a fraction more than on-line. On the basis of price & service this branch, at least, is worthy of local support. Thank you!

I tried here on an off chance following a quote to replace my coat zip at £25 from another company. They oiled the zip and tightened. With a final bill of less than £5 I was very happy I dropped in and the service was great too!
