Really disappointed with the product & customer service received,
I am a local landscaper and my customer wanted limestone paving slabs which I bought from Stonezone in ferndown, they were put onto my truck by a fork lift and remained strapped together on a pallet until their destination, to which I found when opened several where broken and had cracks in them, I called Stonezone right away to which they were trying to get out of even loading them onto my truck accusing me of placing them on by hand- to which I suggested they check their CCTV and sent them photos of the foam, pallet strap & pallet.
They then refused to replace any broken slabs, my customer was dissatisfied by the state of the slabs that were still intact as you can see hairline cracks all over them, so I then asked if I can return the whole pack and then get a full refund to which they?ve said they will not refund any broke or cracked slabs and blaming myself for these damages.
As a big company like Stonezone I?m totally shocked by the sheer lack of customer service and dis respect from the lies that were even told in this situation. I shall not be recommending this company to any of my customers of fellow tradespeople.

Bought over 250 slabs in 2019 but about 25 of them have got rush marks coming through spoke to them and they will not do anything about it said it was too long ago we bought them I have had these slab from a duffent supplier and they were down fir over 25 years with no problem so all I can say is they are quick enough to take your money but the after sales service is abysmal so stay clear

I was just checking the opening times for tomorrow morning and realised there was 99 reviews and I wanted to be the 100th.The guys and girls at stonezone are the best out of all the building merchants I shop at. The customer service is genuinely friendly and easy to order both in store and on the phone. Special thanks to Steve, Ian and Heather from the ferndown branch. Plan on using them long term.

Poor stock levels, no prices, no one to assist, very limited parking, looks drastically under staffed, phone ringing whilst your waiting to be served, no one to answer it, terribly slow computer system, no where near as good as it used to be.
