Shocking! Sainsburys car wash damaged my newly purchased car yet it?s not there issue. It wasn?t a little scratch here and there which you might accept it actually ripped the spoiler off and causes significant damage. The staff were very rude aswell stating this happened all the time for insurance purposes. Why would I be clamming for a newly purchased car!!

I came to the reviews section only to find the person I?m about to mention already called out?what a surprise.
While I understand the need to enforce rules, sarcastic tannoy announcements, incorrect confrontations, and shouting at paying customers is not good customer service. I was told one thing, then publicly shouted at for something else entirely. I accept I may have been in the wrong initially, but being misinformed and then humiliated over the tannoy is unacceptable.
Sainsbury?s?time to rethink who you?ve got behind the counter.

Always a huge queue in the shop. I know you?ve upgraded all of the pumps to accept cards, but Ferndown is full of old people who will not use them. 3 tills inside but only ever one person working - very short sighted !!

Very good and conveniently located fuel station. Entrance and exit directly onto main road, no need to go to Sainsbury?s itself. Saves time. Nice car wash. Cozy little shop within, friendly chatty staff.

I needed some water for the car. I asked a sales assistant who didn't know and referred me to a colleague. On asking for the water he said the nearest place is the next garage. So, if your car needs water buy Evian
