This is a GOOD store to shop at a lot better than the Sainsbury's in Ringwood is. I had to shop here as Tesco has stopped selling some of the things I use in my cooking at home. March 2024 had to come back here for more shopping as I was lied to by Tescos.Thank you.

The place is getting worse. 1 till open and 11 people queueing, I will not use any form of self checkout unless I am put on the payroll. It's bad enough to have to serve yourself

Not a good experience at Sainsbury?s Ferndown this morning Sat 17 Feb 2024. We always use the Nectar Scan & Shop but didn?t know that if you had deleted items that you had scanned to check the price that it could trigger a re-scan at the scan and go. The staff member complained constantly about not having the time to do it and involved the manager in the end to help her with the scanning device. She did not communicate well and was impatient and almost bent the expensive pizza we?d purchased.

As with most supermarkets, disabled OAPs struggle. Just a little more customer service would tie us to the store over all competitors. Never enough staff to help when looking for items in such a big store and, of course, never enough gluten free product. Clean store, nice staff.

It's a nice place but they like most supermarkets are taking away the freedom of choice and pushing sugar free drinks on everyone with no option for normal drinksIt's seems to be a trend with most big super marketsOther than that it's OK

Good range of clothing, excellent choice of food. A great pity some of the staff are not very respectful. Still, a great store.
