Excellent pharmacy and faultless service. I am house bound and rely on medication to keep me alive and well. They have an outstanding team who have catered to my needs and always have my medication ready on time, ready for the lovely gentleman to deliver. All in all a wonderful pharmacy with a great team. Thank you for all that you do.

Was absolutely shocked at the lack of customer service. Having an owing slip which I took in today, was told they do not hold stock for longer than 2 weeks and promptly shredded the slip advising me that there is nothing I can do about it now. Rowlands wouldn't be interested in my complaint and there's nowhere to go through the NHS! Be interested to see how I go about getting my refund!

Unreliable and slow with inconvenient opening times which are rarely adhered to. If they want to be treated like professionals, they need to act like professionals. I have changed pharmacies now.

Went to this chemist yesterday first n last time was told no prescription as pharmacy is on lunch waited the hour to be then told another 20 mins as they had to get it readyTo make it worse the lady was so rude unhelpfulShe needs to be sacked plenty more people need a deserve a jobHopefully she gets to feel that having a job is a privilege that she doesn?t deserveThing is so many people have complained about herGet rid of her

Prescription not done, sent to a 3rd party?! unorganised, system not working, pharmacist never explained new medication to me when I asked, over half an hour wait while I was in a lot of pain, will be changing pharmacy

Went to order my repeat prescription over the phone as I always have these past three years only to be handled by a rude member of staff telling me we don?t accept telephone orders anymore. They also queried why I was ringing on a Saturday. Not sure what this has to do with it as you are open for business. Very poor customer service.It?s not the first time that customer service has been poor here. I?ll be talking to my surgery to change where my prescriptions are handled in the future.

The worst customer service I have ever recieved in my life. After waiting 20 mins for the 2 people infront of me, who were expieriencing great difficulty in getting their medication, the pharmacist walked past me and through the open door, saying, we are closed and we are not serving you. I told him I had been waiting 20mins. He said he didn't care. My daughter was really ill and i desperately wanted her medication. A minute later he returned and and said he would get it, if it was ready, which he did. I willl never set foot in this place again.

It takes Rowlands 6 days to get a repeat prescription! They are closed Saturday Afternoon and Sunday. Also, they have a lunch break, not publicised on Google or on their shop door. I recommend trying somewhere else!

I haven given up using Rowlands in Ferndown. Long queues and incredibly hard to order via the phone because can't get through. I ordered medication and 6 days later still not ready. Shocking Service!

After having two attempts of picking up my prescription on consecutive Saturdays. Only to be told after waiting past the official opening time, that it was not possible as there was no pharmacist in attendance.

Definitely gone downhill since Bob retired. New two one hour time slots for ordering prescriptions, only problem is everybody's phoning, also when you get through it's a long time before someone answer's you. Of course they blame Covid.

Nasty abusive staff. I made a complaint and was threatened. Genene was extremely rude and abusive. When I told the manager about his terrible attitude and his staffs rudeness they called the police on me! Thankfully after replaying my recording of my experience they told me there was no case to answer.I have it all recorded on my phone.Was told 3 weeks to get my diabetic medication. The manager is a liar and made out this was my fault.Got the life saving medication same day from the supermarket next door.
