Having endured high street opticians for years, it was a refreshing experience to meet such a professional and caring team at Parley opticians. Lisa spent considerable time with me, explaining in detail each step of my examination, something which I?d never experienced before. She really went beyond the call of duty. They are just the best, you know you are in very caring and professional hands, I couldn't possibly go anywhere else.. and this is proved as I have moved miles away and just travel back to see them to have my checks. I can?t rate Parley Optomotrists highly enough! My whole family goes here (we range from age 8 to age 78!) and they look after all of us with great care, friendliness and professionalism! I?ve had an eye infection this week and after popping in to pick up my new glasses I asked if there was anyone available to take a quick look. With a packed diary they managed to squeeze me in and Lisa was absolutely amazing! She was so thorough and gave me great advice on what to do! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Have a very complicated prescription. Other practitioners failed, Parley Optometrists success. Had a frame beak on one of my spectacles, immediate repair and no charge! A1+++

My first visit to this opticians after being recommended to go there and I was hopeful for good customer service unlike my previous opticians Boots. My mother and I were very pleased with the customer care and professional but caring eye tests and examinations. The only thing that could be improved is having a much safer seat for the less mobile person than the small round wheeled stool aa it was a little worrying that my mother was struggling to get on and off the stool carefully. I now disappointly have to wait 3 weeks before I can collect my new reading glasses due to being closed on the Bank Holiday weekend Saturday and not being able to collect my glasses before the Bank Holiday Monday especially after already waiting nearly 8 weeks for the eye tests. Regrettably I may have to find a more local opticians to avoid this happening in future as it is a little further to travel to than my previous opticians.I was hoping to have my new glasses for my art classes. However it's a good sign when a local company is busy and I just wished they'd let me know how fully booked up they were for appointments to collect my glasses when they left the message to say that my glasses were ready for collection.

Probably the best opticians you'll go to. Very friendly, professional staff with great advice. Excellent value for money too. I was advised to have the office lenses for work, brilliant. They're also so crystal clear I forget I'm wearing them. Thank you guys ?

An absolutely fantastic team of staff. The service is superb.Having been a customer for the last couple of years I can speak from experience when I say they are a really likeable, honest and trustworthy.They take the time to explain things, answer questions and there are no pressured sales.This was demonstrated most when I learned from them that I could get contact lenses, despite years of being told it was not possible to my strong and awkward prescription.Multiple, free, no obligation appointments to test and fit the correct ones for me. They genuinely could not have cared and tried harder. And now I have contact lenses I can wear!Highly recommended.

Parley Optometrists are easily the best opticians I've ever used. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Rob is an excellent optician, both knowledgeable and caring and willing to take extra time to explain things or help with concerns. Can't recommend them highly enough.
