I bought a crochet lesson for beginners as a gift for my daughter at this store and it was the most patronising experience for her. The teacher was an absolute horror of a person, she was so rude and condescending, it has certainly put us off hobbycraft and it?s lessons she was adamant that my daughter was at the wrong hobbycraft even though all the booking details were available for her to see on phone and when asked a question during class she had the audacity to ask my daughter if she is actually an adult, she is a 31 yr old mum of 2 married with her own home, she was an absolute disgrace to hobbycraft.

Visited the longham store yesterday and everything was well presented and the shelves full. However the items I went for are apparently no longer sold by them... Photo mounts ?. Such a shame as had been buying various such items from them for years.
