This review relates to the purchase of a Motobility car. James is the adviser for Motobility and we have been very impressed with him throughout the whole process. We initially started our Kia journey at Ferndown and completed it at Christchurch due to the garage moving.James has been a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process, from organising a test drive, ordering the car and eventually collecting our new Kia.James explained the whole process and kept us fully updated along the way. He is a very friendly, patient and knowledgable man and easy to get along with. This is our 6th motobility car and it is safe to say this has been the best experience so far!

Recently bought a KIA stonic from Hendy following some research. Contacted Hendy and spoke to Tony Speed who was patient and understanding right from start to finish. We part exchanged our Volkswagen for the KIA. Tony went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Even posted my daughter?s phone back to us as she left it in the old car!
