Having recently started working at HH based at their Ferndown Branch, I cannot praise it enough. The clients are lovely and the office/senior staff and management are always willing to help you. The communication is fantastic, and the care given to service users is wonderful. I have worked in the care sector for many years and wish I had found HH sooner. I would be more than comfortable knowing HH were looking after my relatives should they ever need it.

I have been using Helping Hands Ferndown for a long time and can speak highly of the care provided by the staff. Their time keeping is excellent, the care staff are professional and at the same time friendly and very considerate. I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone who is in need of care either temporary or permanent.

I have had the privilege of working in care for nearly 10 years now. Working with HH for 3 half years. I started off in plymouth with HH and has a wonder permanent round of customers to look after of which many became more like friends and family to me. Currently working at the ferndown team for 18 months after moving here due to my husband's relocation. At first I was given a mixed round and slowly over the last 9 months or so have got a permanent run of regular customers of which I have become to see as friends now. I work better with regular customers as they get to know me and in return I do believe care is better received. I love my job and couldn't think of doing anything elseWorking with HH has given me back the joy of care work which I had lost working in care homes.
