Car brakes siezed in next door car park. Dave came straight out to help and found that the rear brake shoe had come away from the liner. They managed to fit the car in the next day as it was not drivable. They fixed it the next day at a reasonable price. All the team were very polite and helpful. This is now my go to place from now on.Thank you.

Put my 2017 Estate Car in for a full Service and was charged £420. l checked my invoices for previous Services at another garage and they have only cost me in the region of about £222. Staff seemed very friendly and helpful and it is local to me, as I usually go to a garage in Poole. Have checked out average cost of full service online and all say about £220. Just put my other estate car in for a full service at another garage and cost was £222??

Great service, we had gearbox issues and a week of appointments to attend including a family funeral! Aaron and his colleague booked us in very quickly and the job was done for collection same day. Theyve done my mot & servicing for 2 years now & im very pleased with their services. Very reliable, helpful staff & i feel theyre honest & dont just "find things to fix" - im an older lady & thats not always the case for us. I'll be using them again. Recommended

I'm not able to do many of the DIY repairs that I've done through the years so was very grateful for the honesty I've experienced at the MOT Centre. During the 40+ yrs I've lived in Ferndown several garages have ended up charging me ~£100 for work that I KNEW, 100%, was unnecessary!! Brazen rip-off!Eg. One garage, I'd trusted for years, changed the oil in the steering rack!! for £100 to stop it pulling to the left!! :) What a joke! NO engineering knowledge OR practical common sense!I later took it down to the 'good old days' Trents who fixed it for £25 on their alignment equipment!!They're an experienced bunch of guys at the Ferndown MOT Centre and Ollie and the team are VERY good to deal with.Both my 'kids' use them now as well and they've also been happy with the service and prices. Key Pup the good work F-MOT-C!!
