First time we ordered takeaway from dominos.
Won't again as chips and potato wedges were not fresh, tasted stale and were cold so didn't eat them. Pizza was OK but wasn't hot just warm.
These are food basics.

Pizza cheese non existent wasnt even edible with no cheese completely dry with hardly any tomato sauce on it aswell only offered £5 gift card for a pizza that cost £20+ delivery also turned up without our pudding when asked if they would send it out they said no we will refund!! Manager doesn't care for customer service never again will I buy from here
Update spoken with head office complaint been filed and even they agreed more should of been done by the manager

Delivered my order without the pudding we ordered called up they said sorry to busy to send again so refunded
Then look at the pizza and it?s missing cheese so called back up and they couldn?t care less offered a £5 refund for a £20 pizza what a joke do not order from them if they can?t cope with being busy they shouldn?t be offering food simple ! Worst service ever

Over an hour an half wait for delivery. No notification of it taking this long. Took 20 minutes to get through on the phone to be told sorry it?s busy tonight. I understand busy but would be good to be told that with the confirmation email at least.

Had a great service by this dominos, placed an Order over the phone & spoke to the manager there. The store has definitely picked up since last few months. The driver was on time & very polite. Thank you guys!
