I walked in through the door, and the rude lady at the entrance immediately said, ?We?re providing limited service today, just so you know.? She saw the barcode on my phone and said, ?I can?t do this today,? and basically told me to get lost. Then she went somewhere, and there was no staff inside to help the customers who came in after me.

Few disgusting memebers of staff in store that constantly think its okay to harrass my wife outside of work.
She definitely won't be coming back to work for the likes of you anymore that's for sure.

We?ve literally just been into the Spar West Moors, at 3.50pm on Sunday 17th November, to hear the most awful cashier, losing patience and being unnecessarily rude with a poor guy, struggling with his English, trying to buy cigarettes. If you don?t have patience, for what was a genuinely polite, decent human trying to do a shop, don?t work with the public. Having done it for years myself, even if you?re having a bad day, that is not the problem of the people you?re serving, they deserve for your smile and decency. Be polite and courteous or stay away from the innocent public. This man is letting your entire chain down by being such an awful human, and I feel so bad for the poor guy whose Sunday was ruined by his rudeness!

Post office is great and the lady is very friendly however NOT nice walking past one of the Spar staff (older lady) smoking a roll up outside the front. Then proceeded to stub it out and leave it on top of the bin outside. Not the image Spar are looking for I?d imagine!!

I like this store , staff nice and packed with goodies you cant find anywhere else , also the home made style frozen meals look brilliant , great help for the older and younger alike , always a few bargains to be had

Magic Box scheme was a jokeSeriously they took every crabby out of date and mold ridden item to put in the magic box that was not magic! I would give no stars if I could! You'd get better quality food at a food bank!

Not long ago this used to be a useful little shop that always had what I was looking for it's still good but it is sliding since they started juggling things around they never have any cold starbucks or Costa cold coffees and the canned coffee they have isn't chilled in the fridge. They stopped selling reduced bakery food for a while because they tried to get you to order it and buy it in bulk but then they stopped it probably because it didn't work. I purchased some crisps and then found out they were nearly two months out of date I wasn't offered a receipt or a bag.

Great shop, sometimes stop here on my way to work.. Have a good range of products and the staff are polite and friendly.. Normally easy to park outside too..

Great local store with fast and friendly service, the shop has been recently refurbished and now has much more choice, there is a hot drinks and heated pastry machine. While a little larger then the nearby Tesco it doesn't always seem to have as much choice

A small supermarket with stock for your basic needs.More staff and efficiency is much needed.
