The staff here are very rude. I won 72 dollars here and they didn't pay me by card. Everyone should not come here anymore

After previous disappointments with customer service from other staff at the Ferndown branch... it has now become a great experience thanks to Ryan and Ed. Both go out of their way to help and socialise and make it a pleasurable and enjoyable occasion at Betfred in Ferndown. Both very professional in what they do. Thank you both!!
