Phoned on Monday re a new care package of 1 hour per day for my Mum. Told them days and times required and was told yes we can accommodate. An appointment was made with Natasha for 12pm Wednesday at my Mums apartment. At 12.30pm I phoned the Ferndown office to ask where Natasha was as she wasn?t with us and I was concerned she had got lost. I was told she was not coming to the appointment as they could now not provide a package for my Mum and that Natasha did not have our telephone number to let us know, even though I gave all personal details on the phone on Monday. If there was a zero rating I would give this agency just that.
