The shop hours are incorrect. It opens at 9am. The shop window and online says 8.30 but apparently they have not been updated yet according to the shop staff.

Verbally abused on my last trip into this store. Complained about the treatment I received from the manager Jay to be further fobbed off by the company themselves who have repeatedly ignored complaints on resolver. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.

The staff member who was on the till obviously was not keen to be there yesterday. If he had ever learnt anything about Customer Service - he has forgotten it. I have recently retired, but my hearing is excellent when he said directly to me 'the customer is not always right'. I left my shopping on the counter, and Bob (as he said he was named), to put it away. I grudgingly give one star, because there is no option to leave none.

WHSmith you can find stationery, books, toys and games and many more products. This is mainly a books and office stationery store. Some of the best educational toys for children too. The staff here is really very friendly and helpful as they advised me when I bought a few things for my children. WHSmith is worth a visit

Fairly good selection of mags but stocks some issues from two months in the future while still being a month behind on the one I needed. Poor as that particular mag is only coming up from Bournemouth so is about as close as you can get.

Lots of stock available and almost everything you might need for stationery or books.However, it's looking more and more like a jumble sale with bargain bins and price reduction tags all over the shop.Still, I suppose that does mean there are bargains to be had!
