Horrible place, not at charitable! Spent over £80 quid in the weymouth shop back in May, while visiting my sister..at the time I was still living in Reading, waiting for my house in Dorchester to complete on its sale. It was during the time you couldn't try on clothes in shops. Moved in July, and hadn't been back to dorset inbetween may and July. Few weeks ago popped into the weymouth shop with 2 dresses that I needed to exchange. Explained to the manager my situation. Had receipt and everything. She said as I was just exchanging, and hadn't been able to get back since May, she would overlook the 28 day returns policy. There was nothing in the weymouth shop i wanted to swap for, and she suggested visiting my home town outlet store. Did so, picked 2 items to swap for, got to the till, and they were rude and judgy and refused to even listen to why there had been a gap.. anyway, not what I expected, and will never go back.

I normally buy something but Unfortunately it has got very expensive considering items are donated and people who shop in charities are on limited budget I shall not be returning

Rude manager, returned a item with missing parts, told that there were no refunds but eventually got one. Will contact Weldmar and trading standards on monday.Update: store manager educated on law. Management tells me that the purposly sell incomplete items because neither they or aparently the customers care (they need to be marked as incomplete)
