Ben was Excellent. Very helpful indeed. Now I didn't write this I never put the review up, went in Dorchester Vodafone store to see if they could sort something out on my telephone which they did and went to put a good review on about it than saw a review had already been put on using my telephone I wondered why he took the telephone down the other end of the store, I didn't know his name was Ben and have never gave a business more than 4 stars, when I got home got a message from trust pilot to say my review was live and it was the same words in trust pilot review 5 stars Ben did a excellent job & all that, so Vodafone use peoples names to put good reviews about them selfs, now I see a ?? red heart as come up on the review that the Vodafone store using my telephone put on Google, all my reviews are things that as happen and not made up rubbish

Having upgraded my phone, I had problems installing the John Lewis Finance App. Having been batted backwards and forwards by John Lewis Finance and Vodafone, each claiming it was the others fault, I was exasperated.
Ben Samways, in the Dorchester shop, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Excellent service. The problem was nothing to do with John Lewis Finance.

Fantastic help and support from Alex and Sam at Vodafone Dorchester Branch.
My phone had an altercation with water and I needed some help sorting out my options on recovering my information on it and subsequently transferring it successfully to a replacement phone.
The team at Dorchester were extremely helpful and professional in their advice and help in getting things sorted, and just reaffirms why it is important to still have a local branch in the high street to visit when you really need them.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ben and his team worked wonders under immense pressure to help my Mum sort out her Ipad and Iphone this week after she was hacked. Polite, helpful, professional. What a wonderful store. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommended.
