I dropped in to Vision Express for a repair to the frame of a pair of glasses. The team was very welcoming, and Josh managed the job perfectly within 10 minutes. Top marks.

Very poor service. Optician was sighing while testing my eyes, then got my prescription completely wrong. On my second visit with a different Optician was just as bad. Got my contact lenses and could see worse than before. The manager was a waste of time, too busy taking selfies of himself in the mirror and checking himself out every time he walked past it. Never again will I go here. My eyes are now sorted after 1 trip to a different Opticians. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Very good service. Eye testing went very well. There was a problem with the lenses for the frames chosen which meant further cost or a change of frames, which was my option. The frame/lens process took longer than the test and involved new procedures since my previous test. New specs arrived within a week and fit and focus perfectly. Very satisfied overall.
