Absolute legend went into this branch today and the man with dark hair behind counter was absolute gem ,very considerate to me and my mum today wed August 28th ,you dont find people like that he went up and beyond ,hope headoffice gives appraisal he so deserves it ,Thanks again x

Not 24 hour like it says, i arrived at 8.15am to see it wasnt open til 9am. Went to Shoetree they open at 8.15.

Have returned my repaired boots twice because the soles have come unstuck. I have now had to glue them myself as Timpson have been unable to do it despite the £35.00 charge.
