We needed a new battery and a new leather watchstrap.The young lady was very helpful and courteous. The shop was very busy but she was not flustered and did not hurry us along.(my husband is disabled)I would certainly use Timpsons again and highly recommend the assistant.

Came in 10 mins before closing after rushing 40 mins straight from work, guy working here was great, done a 40 minute job for me in 5 mins after I explained my situation, done me a massive, favour big shout out to this guy, bearded guy with glasses didn?t catch his name,Defo bring him a coffee next time I?m in town!

Key cutting not great, had to go back 4 times as keys didn?t fit lock of doorWouldn?t go back there,very disappointed and had to get a refundI got better key cutting service at another local key cutting shop

Having telephoned at 1230 to check my order had arrived I got to the shop at 2.30 to find it closed. Had you told me you closed in the afternoon when I called I could have rearranged my visit.
