Not happy that if someone misses an appointment( that too as a one off) due to emergencies, the salon staff gets cross on you instead of showing a little bit of understanding & on top of that charge you for your appointment( should be giving a headsup to the client when booking in).I m sure the staff can have their emergency situations too, so is it that hard to understand someone else's situation?There also should be some kindness in the staff way of talking & dealing with their clients.

Really abysmal. Came out with hair dye all over the sides of my face, forehead, right around my neck, ears et al. It really was diabolical. The cut was far too short, and I had been very adamant about not losing the length. First time in a long time to ?treat myself?. I felt really low when I got home and saw it properly. It actually made me cry!

My partner had hair cut/styled few months ago at first she sort like style but wasn't what she wanted stylist cut to short to be honest was just standard bob cut, anyways she booked again thinking get style right second time round yet again just basic bob style again no styling what so ever paid £46 jus for cut basically, not 5* service more like wash cut and next customer service so will not be going back hopefully get new stylist get style right better service

My wife was booked in for a procedure at a set time. Personally I find it ridiculous that she waited 15 minutes without acknowledgement other than the initial 'do you have an appointment '. If you can't keep an appointment what good are you?
