A proper pub. Excellent, home cooked food. Excellent beer. Interesting decor with some humour including Private Eye front pages. May not be attractive to young ones who can't entertain themselves. Highly recommended. Bookings advisable if eating, especially on weekends.

Stopped by for a drink. Lovely proper pub! Highly recommended. We didn't eat so I can't comment on the food.

I didn't eat so can't rate the food. This is my second visit to what I consider a real pub, well kept ale

A pub! a real public house, managed and staffed by the owners Rick & Christine, who produces all of the delicious food that is very well priced, excellent atmosphere, 1st class drinks on tap plus plenty of comfy seating.

Good home cooked food, but on this occasion we visited for the real ale! Despite being only open 4 days a week, the beer quality is very good and it's one of the best places to drink in Dorchester.

Had lunch here last Sunday. A proper Traditional Ale House, focused on great beer, good food, good service and atmosphere. Can't think of anything negative to say. Our pints and our meals were excellent, as was the hospitality despite it being a frantic Sunday lunchtime - we both left 100% satisfied. If we revisit Dorchester "The Blue Raddle" will be top of our list for somewhere to lunch.

A wonderful bolt hole in Dorchester town! Very friendly team here at The Blue Raddle and certainly worth a visit. We had a delicious lunch and dessert is not to be missed!

Great pub, marred by landlord's incessant cleaning. Someone moves, the vacuum is out.

We visited Dorchester as part of our Cruise thru Northern Europe. We were hungry but short on time when we discovered this Pub. The staff excelled at clearing a spot for us and getting our orders in to meet our schedule. As we sipped our Blond Ales, we chatted with the bartender and a regular customer of 25 years about our trip and our next stops. I ordered Fish and Chips and my wife ordered a Burger. The fish and chips were the best I've ever had and the Pints were delicious.
