Love this place, it's always open when I need lunch and the bread is only slightly chewy. The only real downside is that Subway as a brand got rid of the cheesy bites and the sweet chili sauce, which should be a crime. Also bring back flatbread it was the best bread!!
Vegetarian options: They got rid of their vege party in favour of a vegan one and I believe I'd prefer it if they just had both in stock. Not every vegetarian wants to eat things pretending to be meat as well so more options would be nice.

Visted this Dorchester Subway. Since the lockdown, unfortunately the quality of food has gone down. Bread was dry. I sure the foot long is not 12inches, but more like 10".
Not sure what planet the staff on in there.
Small shop and few seating area.
Disappointed really.

I paid £5 extra for ham on my chicken sub, only for it to arrive and have a measly amount of chicken with a tiny slither of melted cheese and no ham! If I wanted a chicken sandwich I would have made it myself rather than pay £20 for some bread and chicken that I could have made myself for less than a fiver!

Gave me moldy bread, when I mentioned it- I was offered more moldy bread. All I got was a ?sorry? and no lunch, never going back.

I was looking forward to getting a Subway today, but the customer area/service counter was left unattended for at least 5 minutes until I gave up waiting and had to leave. To say there is room for improvement is an understatement!

What a rude and ignorant member of staff they employ here.I asked very politely if I could bring a very small assistance dog in with me. I was told in a very rude manner that company policy was that no dogs were allowed. A bit of politeness would have gone a long way.Will not go here even without dog.

I ordered a veggie delite and was given a chicken subway instead. It was clearly mentioned that I?m allergic to chicken and no one cared, this is extremely poor

Excellent staff and food, but have closed early multiple times over the last few weeks ("due to staff sickness"). This is getting rather frustrating, and while the reason is understandable, it going on for more than a few weeks is not, in my opinion.

I visited subway on the 18/7/23 at lunchtime. There was a bit of a queue but nothing too bad. I ordered my food and the man serving did seem as if he did not want to be there at all. He was very fed up and quite rude to the customers before me. I took my food home. when eating the BMT sub I did think there was an off taste but thought it may have been the sauce. Later that night I became very poorly and suffered from food poisoning. This is very disappointing as I haven?t had a problem with other subway stores.
