Bought a new shotgun from Sportarm at the Game Fair last weekend. I was greeted quickly by Charlie and explained to him what I was looking for. He was polite, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The first gun he showed me turned out to be exactly what I was after. It was in immaculate condition and a good price. Filling in the paperwork was quick and simple and he sent the notification to my police FA dept promptly. Would definitely recommend them and if I?m ever in the area will be visiting them again.

I first walked into Sportarm in 2023 to just for a look around. I was looking to make a purchase, but had not in this shop as I live several hundreds of miles away and planned to spend money closer to home. Charlie greeted me with warmth, patience and gave me all the time I needed, despite being very busy. Weeks later, we brought our first two shotguns from Kevin, who was equally as kind and patient will all my questions. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and was reassured that it was important to the team that we had the right guns for us.
Last year, I ordered a new Sauer 505, Artemis. While waiting for its arrival I emailed and called Charlie for updates and more items to be added to my purchase list. Responses were always swift and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of collection, Kevin and Charlie helped me with familiarisation and fitting to ensured that I was 100% happy before leaving the shop. We spent some time zeroing and making any adjustments. I could not have been in safer hands making this purchase. The Sauer 505 Artemis its millimetre accurate, it is smooth, easy to handle and stunning to behold. I am extremely happy with my purchases and will not be shopping elsewhere for my stalking needs.

Went in to make a small purchase and found the team could not have been more helpfull answering my questions about other kit even though it was clear I was not going to be buying anything else. Really impressed; will definitely be returning at some point.

The Sportarm team couldn?t have been more helpful and friendly from start to finish, everyone I dealt with made an effort to ensure my purchase was an absolute pleasure.The gun I wanted to view was moved to the Dorchester store after a simple call, the viewing was completely relaxed with no sales pressure and a cup of was coffee thrown in for good measure.Over the moon with my new EELL, thank you Charlie.If only all local Gunshops were this polite and helpful.

Whilst staying in Weymouth, we looked for a shop that sold Country apparel and Sportarm was everything we could have hoped for. The staff were so friendly welcoming, and extremely helpful. Unfortunately I did not get the ladies name that helped me pick out my new Baleno coat and scarf, but she was great and would highly recommend a visit there to anyone!

I came into your shop this week with a pretty unusual request. I needed a knife that was sturdy and light weight, that I could wear on my arm guard (to get arrows out of trees when I miss). Your staff could not have been more patient and helpful as I looked at the options, even though I wasn't spending much money. Genuinely impressed. Thank you.Oh and the knife was perfect, beautiful walnut that matches my bow!
