From start to finish the staff were polite and helpful when I visited Specsavers Dorchester.
I was concerned about a deterioration of my eye and they helped me understand what the issue was and alleviate my concerns. I purchased some reading glasses at the same time and at no time was I pressured into spending more than I wanted to. The help and advice they gave me was much appreciated.
I will definitely use that branch again on my next visit.

Lovely new store in town and the staff are very helpful and polite. Plenty of frames to choose from and good prices. The whole experience from site test to picking glasses did not feel like a chore with the helpful staff there.

Far too busy

Pretty poor, l had an appointment today for contact lense try plus new glasses, my appointment was for 9.50am, I arrived at 9.45am and was asked to take a seat, 10.15am I walked out, no one informed me that they were running late. No one bothered to attend to me full stop, annoying as I really liked a pair of glasses frames, nice new store but service is shocking.
